ORDER PROCESSING

‭ Please allow 2-3 days to process your order.

Please allow a further 4-9 days for delivery.

We use a flat shipping rate of £3.99 per order. 

Orders over £49.99 are eligible for free delivery.

Cut off time for calculating delivery time is 14.00 hours.

‭We do not ship outside of the UK at this‬ time.

‭ REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬

‭ We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original‬

‭ condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.‬

‭ In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬ at support@bohoplanet.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We‬ address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory‬ solution.‬
